U.S. Forest Service Offices in Colorado

Colorado contains 11 National Forests and 2 National Grasslands. These forests and grasslands are managed by the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service. Forest Service office staff can tell you where, when, and what types of vehicles are allowed on trails and roads in the forest or grassland. Free motor vehicle use maps (MVUMs) may be picked up at any of these offices. Also, overview maps of each forest are available for sale in person at the forest office. The main USDA Forest Service website is http://www.fs.fed.us/.
