Additional OHV Riding Areas & Tracks
Turkey Rock is a trail system for trials motorcycles that provides great views of the Arkansas River Valley and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. With many different trails spanning the spectrum in difficulty, motorcycle riders can find something to enjoy on these trails.
Seep Springs Recreation Area is located near Canon City offering fun and challenging trails combined with outstanding views. High points along the 16 miles of roads and trails give the visitor open ranchland views as they wind through pinon and juniper woodlands and ponderosa pine forests with sandstone rocks throughout the area. ATVs, motorcycle, four wheeler and horseback riding are common recreation activities for Seep Springs. The area has trail map information and ample parking space for trailers. China Wall is a challenging in and out trail system located near the Badger Flats area. Some obstacles do have bypasses, but be prepared to test out your vehicle and equipment.
Sidewinder is a hardcore full size vehicle trail with man made obstacles and difficult climbs. Only the best vehicles and equipment should attempt this route!

Starting in the valley floor where the 10th Mountain Division used to live, the Camp Hale area provides interesting riding on Jeep roads open to all OHV's. This area is fun for all and offers a look into the history of the ski industry while enjoying beautiful mountain views.
Fort Garland, CO
Considered one of Colorado's most difficult and dangerous 4x4 trails, exercise extreme caution on your way to Lake Como. With 5 major obstacles on this trail even the most extreme 4x4 drivers will find this trail challenging. This trail provides access to Blanca Peak, one of Colorado's iconic 14'er, so be prepared to see hikers on the trail.
Montrose, Nucla, CO
The Rim Rocker Trail (Montrose to Moab) is a 4WD road that ends in Moab and is Colorado's longest 4WD road. With multiple entry/exit points you can enjoy sections of this trail or travel the entire 160 miles to Moab. NOTE, not all sections are open to unlicensed vehicles.

Badger Flats is a fun area for beginners, this area is very flat and allows for young and new users. This is a popular area for dispersed camping and long weekends of moderate riding.
Eagle, CO
Sylvan Lake State Park has camping with access to a large system of OHV routes on National Forest Lands. This area offers a diversity of riding for all users and you can even go to the old mining town of Fulford. This area has access to a lot of hiking, mountain biking, and fishing as well.
Crested Butte, CO
The Cement Creek area offers spectacular single-track riding for all skill levels.
Keystone, CO
Numerous trails begin and connect to the Montezuma Trail System. These include Peru Creek, Warden Gulch, Saints John, Santé Fe Peak, Deer Creek and Webster Pass. Trails offer spectacular scenery and high elevation.
Basalt, CO
Access to these dirt bike single track trails can be difficult and offer a challenge for even advaced riders with rocky loose climbs on the road to the singletrack after that you can experience the fun, flowy, and challenging dirt bike trails that over look Triangle Peak.
