 Get Outdoors Day Colorado and SouthWest Denver Coalition are joining force
 s to host Safe Summer Kick Off on Get Outdoors Day (SSKO GO)\, Saturday\, 
 June 8\, 2019\, at Garfield Lake Park from 10am to 3pm. \n\nThis FREE\, fa
 mily-friendly event is designed to promote access to healthy and safe outd
 oor spaces\, support under-resourced communities\, and celebrate nature ex
 ploration.\n\nAs a collaborative group of government and local agencies pa
 rtnering with local non-profits\, we strive to provide an intentional\, in
 clusive\, and safe outdoor space to explore adventure activities such as s
 wimming\, fishing\, hiking\, climbing\, biking\, boating\, navigation\, na
 ture identification\, connection to basic resources\, and more! In additio
 n\, this event will host live entertainment\, free food\, snacks\, child/y
