Most roads and trails in Colorado are closed during the snow-packed Winter months and during the Spring run-off season to prevent excess erosion. Many of the land management agencies maintain websites listing road and trail closure information. Below are links to some of these pages.
For agencies not listed, please call the appropriate Forest Service, State Parks, or BLM office for the area you plan to visit.
