Recreation area southwest of Grand Junction, near the Colorado National Monument. Great views back over the valley, and trails ranging from easy to extreme. Home of the Billings extreme 4x4 trail, which will challenge the skill of even the most experienced drivers.
Billings Extreme 4x4 Trail
Pin Point is for turn off to staging area described on BLM webpage
The Billings extreme 4x4 trail is only open to full-size 4WD vehicles.
From Grand Junction: Head south on Monument Rd from CO-340/Broadway approx 0.2 miles to D Rd. Turn left at D Rd and continue approx 0.3 miles to Rosevale Rd. Turn south on Rosevale Rd and follow approx 0.9 miles to Little Park Rd. Turn west on Little Park Rd and continue approx 4.4 miles where it will turn into C S Rd. Continue on C S Rd approx 1.0 miles and turn south for trail access.
