The northern part of the extensive Uncompaghre trail system provides access into the Uncompahgre National Forest. On the Western Slope of the Rocky Mountains, there is no lack of beautiful scenery. Containing a large mix of trails for all vehicle types, this area has something to offer all skill levels as well.

From Grand Junction: Head South out of town on US-50 about 5 miles. Turn Right on CO-141. Continue approx. 14 miles. Turn Left onto Divide Rd. Continue approx. 10 miles to fork in road where campsite is located at far north end of trail system.
